Sosua is nice little town located on the north coast of this sunny island, about 20 min from Puerto Plata international airport, and about 10 minutes from famous Cabarete – capital city of of the world in kiting. Scuba diving and snorkeling here offers coral reefs with plenty of tropical fish, wreck diving for advanced divers and nice fresh water cave diving. More then two dozens different dive spots in the area is a destination of many divers from around the world.
